Internet: View Any SourceBy Dan Wolff PurposeThis is a little gem for you to view the source code of any page on the internet, even the ones that have your mouse "disabled." InformationSome website think that it is clever, funny, or secure to prevent a user from viewing the source code of their webpage. A page you view is downloaded to you computer. You then have the souce, as is the nature of web-based languages. You can turn off javascript in your browser, since this is how the pages trap your mouse moves. Disabling JavaScript is easy (especially Opera!), but there are more options. Here is another way if the method of interference used is a dialogue box when you click. Right-click the webpage and hold. When the box comes up, press ENTER to clear it. Then release your click, and the right-click menu will appear. Tada! CheatingOkay, okay, here's one more solution. It may be the easiest of all. Just put the full URL of the page you are looking at in the box below and hit the button. |
